Jessica recognizes that these struggles can feel isolating and paralyzing, leaving individuals feeling lost and alone. Drawing from her background in clinical mental health -- having worked in the criminal justice system, community mental health and private practice -- Jessica is a trained in trauma-informed care.
Jessica utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual's unique needs. These may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused approaches. By empowering her clients with practical skills and insights, Jessica helps them navigate the challenges they face and find a sense of peace and stability in their lives.
